I watched a program once that touched on this. it pointed out that a married woman who was having an affair was more likely to conceive the lovers child because she was enjoying that sex more. like you said...the orgasm has something to do with fertility. Conception occurs when sperm contacts ovum, most commonly in the female’s fallopian tube. The only prerequisites are that an ovum exists and viable sperm exist.
