More like Jimmuh 1.1, or maybe 0.9 — so close as to be indistinguishable, apart from being much worse than Carter, and getting Zerocare passed is a big part of that. The Carter presidency was anti-American, and anti-Israel, but he had the virtue of being an incompetent, ineffective bungler. As you no doubt recall, he ran as an “outsider” who would march on in to DC and end all the problems with gov’t.
