Frank Luntz (the chubby guy on Fox who shows focus groups rating political ads) showed this video and said it was off-the charts-good. The only problem was that his video graph of the focus group using the little hand-held dials had mediocre numbers at best. I thought they played the wrong graph, or maybe they were laughing too hard and lost control of their dials, who knows.
Anyway, I think what he said about the ad was right. I think it is effective and funny.

I time taped that TV show every night because local stations put it at midnight or even later as time went on. I liked it better than his radio show. He gave it up shortly after Republicans took congress in 1995.
He also ended the start of every radio show ‘America held hostage..’ theme then too. It was the end of a fun time. It was much more fun than 2009 and 2010 although that had some good moments with Dems on the defensive.
