I hate to be a curmudgeon here, but I have to say that epinephrine inhalers are a bad choice for most folks. They are seductive in that they have a very quick onset and a strong effect, but the pharmacologic effect only lasts an hour or so, and the side effects on the heart & blood pressure are dangerous for people with heart disease & hypertension. Albuterol inhalers & nebulizer solutions are much better in the long run.

As a reminder there are many for whom the new politically correct HFA albuterol inhalers don’t work or don’t work nearly as well. And then there are those for whom those new politically correct HFA albuterol inhalers cause a SEVERE asthma attack.
In addition those new politically correct cheap powdered inhalers that contain Milk proteins that can cause severe hoarseness, inflammation, and hives.

If Albuterol is a lot safer than epinephrine then you should lobby to make in OTC.
There needs to be an over the counter medication of this sort. If not Albuterol, then epinephrine will have to do.
