I have suspected for a long time that Rush (and probably many other talkshow hosts) use FR as a resource.
Many times Rush has ‘said’ something that was almost word-for-word of a post on FR.

You reminded me.. there was a story from a Middle Eastern country years ago about popular breakfast cereals that included our brands.
I thought of Rice Krispies, Snap, Crackle and Pop! I posted a reply here that said the Middle Eastern brand goes Snap, Crackle and Kaboom!
The next day Limbaugh repeated the "joke" but in a hasty and perfunctory manner. I assumed that a staffer had thought of the joke or read it somewhere and Rush was just doing the joke to get the guy to stop pestering him.
“It can’t happen here”. Doc S. is correct. The sheeple are oblivious.
In the past I have heard limbaugh say word for word what Savage said the nite before.

Agreed and he doesn't bother to reveal the source, he makes it sound like it's his own - I hate that. He makes everything sound like he's got a direct line to the WH or a direct line to a secret coven of sources giving him info that only those who listen to him will know days before it happens, lmao, I can read the headlines on MSN and pretend I have a secret source too.
