Looks pretty good. Daniel Day-Lewis may just get another Oscar for this movie.

This does look good. However, I didn’t see him kill one vampire in that whole trailer! ;-) Just kidding. I look forward to seeing it.

Most annoying trailer I have ever seen. The fading was way overdone. Based on that, I do not wish to see this movie. Too bad, as the movie may actually be worth seeing, but you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Dreamworks...that would be Jeffrey Katzenberg, Obama bundler to the tune of 6.6 million. Why would I want to financially support his company?

I wish he would do “Washington.” The man, not the city.

Steven Spielberg Advised Obama Camp on Bain Capital Attacks Against Romney

Excerpt:

Messina also met with Hollywood titan Steven Spielberg. Except this time he wasn’t looking for tech tips — he wanted advice on how to hit Mitt Romney on Bain Capital.

Yes, Jim Messina actually took advice from the guy who thought “Artificial Intelligence,” “Hook,” “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” and “1941” were good ideas.

Okay, that’s unfair. We know Steven Spielberg has some solid classics under his belt. We’re just trying to figure out why the Bain attacks seem to be backfiring so magnificently.

Maybe because the genius who brought us “Rufio” was involved…

“At DreamWorks Studios, Steven Spielberg spent three hours explaining how to capture an audience’s attention and offered a number of ideas that will be rolled out before Election Day. An early example of Spielberg’s influence is RomneyEconomics.com, a website designed by the Obama team to tell the story — a horror story, by their reckoning — of Mitt Romney’s career at Bain Capital,” Businessweek reports.

“Afterward, Spielberg insisted that Messina sit down with the DreamWorks marketing team. Hollywood movie studios are expert, as presidential campaigns also must be, at spending huge sums over a few weeks to reach and motivate millions of Americans,” the report adds.

***************************

I could care less who this leftist trash makes a movie about. I will not waste one conservative dime on an obama loving jerk. Spielberg can give to obama, but then he expects Republicans and Conservatives to add to his coffers. He can take a flying kiss at my fanny!!

I had this confused with “The Hobbit”. Everyone appears dressed as if they’re from the Shire.

First Sherlock Holmes became a superhero. Now Lincoln looses the reins of reality. (Some might argue he did that in ‘65).

What’s next? Obama in the Night of the Living Dead? (Flesh-eating undead Repugnicans rushing to the polls?)

Daniel Day Lewis seems to be great in every role and I expect this will be no exception.

Wondering... Spielberg is such a lib. It’s possible that he’s bought into the lib tripe that Lincoln was a homosexual. I hope that isn’t the case, since this could be an excellent movie.

List of things never to discuss on FR:

1. Abraham Lincoln

2. “Stopping Power” of various caliber handgun rounds

3. Creation vs. evolution

Trailer was missing:

Johnny Cash voice-over.

Lots of axe swinging.

Vampires.

Very confused, trailer is obviously for a movie rewriting history.
