So, looks like it only has nine stripes.
My guess is that they left off the stripes representing the four Colonies that joined the Confederacy: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

If the money didn’t go to his campaign I’d buy some to send to Egypt and Libya for the riots. I would enjoy watching the msm reaction to those going up in flames.

I’d buy one if they’d accept 35 rubles of the old ‘Sovetsky Soyuz’ variety. I have a jar full of such coins that I collected off of tables in a bar in Moscow (in an “international” hotel) - don’t think I stole them, the waitresses weren’t bothering to collect them off of the tables (I asked two of them) - in November of 1989 after wandering through Red Square, because they were worthless (inflation over against “hard” foreign currencies). It would be fitting to buy such a thing with such tender.
By the way, that same evening in Red Square, the night before the big October Revolution parade, I noticed that the paving stones were all painted with different color markings for the various groups marching in the parade (I had to leave the next day in the early morning, so didn’t see the parade) ... that was the last October Revolution parade on Red Square.
It would be fitting to send Mr. “I-believe-in-redistribution” payment in currency that at the time was officially pegged to a value of more than a dollar per ruble, because that is where he is taking us ... all on the basis of the same principles that destroyed the Soviet economy.
