The article can be about whether or not 0 can still win, and if he’s still in striking distance of Romney, but they won’t acknowledge that narrative.

Well I guess the Obama voters shouldn’t even bother showing up with zero having the election in the bag and all. Man I feel so dispirited by the skewed polls and articles from the MSM there’s no way we can win against the best president ever, ever./sarc

Ok, I wasn't going to say anything but . . . My south-central OH chairman said the same thing, that his internals showed Romney up big in OH. NOW, here is what he based that on: it's not "scientific" like Gallup (if you think Gallup is scientific), but since MAY he has been calling indies (identified in 08) and party switches. He said it isn't even close. He thinks Romney has had a 10% lead for months based on this. Now, OH is pretty even in party splits, slightly R since 08, so this tells me the margin will be significant.
One last comment about polls: they were pretty accurate in 08 and 06. They were off in 04---older Freepers will remember the utter panic here as the first exit polls on election day (even on Drudge) showed Kerry had won OH by midday, yet I knew (and Rove knew) from "poll flushing" of key precincts that Bush had the turnout needed to win.
As I recall, Rasmussen made his name being the only accurate pollster (other than the Battleground Poll, which I haven't heard of this time around) in 2000---the others all had Gore winning. And in 1994, Zogby was the ONLY one who had the GOP winning the House.
So once again, consensus CAN mean they all agree to an error.

I suspect they’ll be some really good economic numbers just prior to the election. Following the election, the ‘revisions’ will come in reporting the numbers were actually far worse than previously reported. Oops!

I think it will be worse than that, I think we are slipping or have already slipped into a double dip recession that wont be reported until after the election.

No it won't be easy, not with the likes of you, you Moonbat Jour-NO-List!
Not with 90% of the corrupt, biased, in the tank for Dear Reader, Lame Stream Media shilling and defending him, while savaging Mitt at every turn.
And Reuters and AP being the worst of the worst!
Heck, it could be Mother Theresa opposing the Fascist, Commie, Community Organizer and she would not get a break from the sycophant shills in the Media.

Now Obama has “opened” a “slight lead” over Romney. A few weeks ago, Romney had fallen off the map and Obozo was a runaway. This is getting laughably bad.

Great, LS...
I remember the way it went down in OH in 2004, too...
Actually, that’s when I became a die hard FReeper...
Couldn’t stand the news coverage of election night on TV so stuck with the live thread on FR...stayed up until 3am to make sure it was in the bag for Bush.
2004....when my FR love affair began....*sigh*

I suspect some slight of hand from Soros in Oct...just like in 2008.

Obama and the MSM knows this and that's why they are pushing these fake MSM polls, to try and discourage Romney voters. However this may have just the opposite effect, and energize the right even more!

It's true. They took the actually voting demographics based on REAL registered voters and polled over 50,000 divided by each state's percentage of voters in 2008. Romney will top 300 EVs.
It may have closed a bit after Romney's perceived “47%” gaffe but not even close to making up the 15% Obama is behind.
The Lame Stream Media always puts a margin of error on a poll based on the skewed poll itself and not on reality.
The reason Obama is flooding places like Letterman and The View is because he knows he's losing and he's grasping at straws. If he had the election in the bag as the Lame Stream Media is pretending then Obama wouldn't need to spend the Democrat's money, he would give it to Congressional Candidates.

With half of the population in the tank for the worst president weve ever had as well as being the worst leader in history, a win by this grinning ape would mean utter chaos. That's why they're all planing to move to Hawaii then...cause they think they're going to win?

Whitesides needs to step away from the crack pipe. This election will likely end in a Romney landslide.
