So pretty much the same thing: a place for faggots on the internet.

Likewise, Dicks Sporting Goods should invest in a few extra domain names. I found out that one the ....hard way.... once.

Hunchback Mountain basically wrecked the image of a Cowboy as something associated with manliness - this story only confirms it.

annual domain name fee is something like $50 right? It's not even that much. Typically, you can register and renew dot com domains for around $10, even less with a registrar's discount coupon.

Is whitehouse.com still a porn site?

The first time I’d ever heard of Dick’s Sporting Goods is when they bought a regional chain here in Southern California, Chick’s Sporting Goods. True story. I like to refer to the rebranding as “the sex change”.

Why doesn’t Jerry just buy it? He has the money.

Full disclosure: I’m a lifelong (and therefore perpetually suffering) Cowboys fan.
But this article is very interesting. In 2000 I was working in a business analyst position at a (then) very large data mining firm. Part of my job was to research the top money-making websites.
Cowboys.com was #1. Playboy.com was #2.

Not seeing the big deal, I guess.
DallasCowboys.com takes you to the Dallas Cowboys site.
DetroitLions.com takes you to the Detroit Lions site.
Lions.com takes you to some random, unrelated site.

Jerry is a dumb ass. If the Cowboys are “America’s Team”, America is doomed.
