He just made fun of him in a crude and unsubtle way.

Rush does a really good impression of him — it’s always an overly-officious, knee-jerk blatherer of platitudes.

SNL is also just parody of itself...and a bad one at that.
NObody’s going to impersonate Obama. It would be the same as impersonating a homo.
Eddie Murphy could do a good Obama if he wanted.
It’s simple really. The cast and supervisors are in love with theOne. When you’re in love, you overlook idiocyncracies and annoying habits of the object of your affection.
That would be "racist", condescending, pandering, and involve having mostly chumps and morons in the audience.
No comedian could get away with that kind of phony-baloney!
Actually, it would help SNL alive a lot if they actually wanted to make fun of him. Vacations, golf, the chin thing he does, the speeches full of I, I, Me, Me, My. But those would hurt.
Guess they can’t find an actor with 2 faces that can talk out of both sides of both mouths!
In fact the truth about obama is so ugly its not funny........hmm kind of parallels that muhamed guy.
Barf. No, the problem is that they only copy his hokey mannerisms. They don’t mock his content.
Because if they mocked what h e actually says, their audience would vote Romney.
And that is not why they are on the air.
