Bill Maher: 'Obama Looks Like He DOES Need a Teleprompter'
NewsBusters ^

Posted on 10/04/2012 5:23:17 PM PDT by chessplayer

How poorly did Barack Obama do in Wednesday's debate?

So poorly that Bill Maher, one of his benefactors, tweeted, "i can't believe i'm saying this, but Obama looks like he DOES need a teleprompter":

An hour later, this: Obama made a lot of great points tonight. Unfortunately, most of them were for Romney

For Barack Obama, losing Bill Maher could be as serious as Lyndon Johnson losing Walter Cronkite.

Well, maybe that's overstating it a tad, but it sure is indicative of how poorly the President did Wednesday.

It will be interesting to see what Maher says about this on his HBO program Friday after he's had 48 hours to read all the Democrat talking points concerning this debate.

Given his financial support for Obama, I'm sure he gets the best ones.

Stay tuned.

Maher-”Obama’s not looking like he came for a job interview, Romney so far does”

Maher-”Romney looks more confident and energetic - he’s about a minute away from holding Obama down and cutting his hair. This better be ropeadope”

Maher-”i must say, of all the Romneys i’ve seen, this Debate Romney is my favorite”

We got to see the difference between a real Harvard man and an affirmative action one.

Maher’s still a partisan media shill.

Zero is a sock puppet.

Thanks chessplayer.

I’m more surprised by Maher than I am of Jon Stewart. Stewart has dissed obama in the past,,,Maher never has until now.

With his big contribution, Bill has “skin” in the game. He saw his horse break stride and bump the rail and he’s none too pleased about it. I would love for him to use this as a teachable moment as to why the 53% get so pissed off at government waste while the 47% merely say “meh”.

Letterman’s been drinking the Koolaid since about 2003; he was all in after 9/11, and was genuinely touched by the outpouring of support and care from the rest of the country. But he’s reverted to type. Perhaps you remember some years ago when he claimed to have no party affiliation (what a joke), put his people on the problem, and they discovered, whaddayaknow, that he’d registered (D) not many years earlier.

This is How these scumbags are...

they are not loyal to Obama in the same way We as sane people understand the word....

They support anything that is as EVIL as they are.

and “turn on it” as soon as it fails to produce the desired effect...

Making Bill Mahar even more of a Scumbag than I had ever thought.

Ya think, Bill? That’s quite an astute observation from someone whose job requires a teleprompter from start to finish.

Maybe Axelgrease and Pouff could get him a pilot’s helmet with at Heads Up Display (HUD). That would beat one of those goofy teleprompters. It would also prevent the audience from seeing the disgust on his face that anyone would dare to ask HIM questions.
