PHILADELPHIA (CBS) One man suffered a heart attack and later died and three people were arrested for their alleged involvement in a wedding reception brawl at the Sheraton in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia early Sunday morning.
Police said at least two separate wedding parties got into a fight that began inside the hotel located at 1 Dock Street.
One group of guests fought with another group, who had just returned to the hotel after an off-site reception. It spilled out into the street and police were called in around 1:30 a.m.
Eyewitnesses say the fight began in the lobby. It then escalated to the point where the cops requested whats called a 3rd assist, which is an all-hands-on-deck call. The melee was caught on tape and posted to YouTube.

A night they will always remember...
...*smiles*...betcha that wedding tape gets played more in court compared to anniversaries...
City of Brotherly Love!
You should try an Eagles game!
Amish on the loose?
First stadium to have a court and jail. We also booed Santa Claus, cheered when Michael Irvin could not get up, and had D battery giveaway night on JD Drew’s first game.
Gee, I wonder if alcohol was involved?
You know you’re in trouble when the words “They just decked the Bride” are uttered on your wedding day.
That's nothing. Kansas City fans cheered yesterday when their own QB was knocked unconscious and out of the game.
Man, that is messed up!
City of Brotherly Shove, more like.
Only in Philthadelphia!
I can’t tell whether those blue shirts are security or police in the video. They’re doing a great job though, just standing there with their hands out. I wanted to see more “bride vs. bride” action though.
Must have been a lot of booze in use, ay?
I wanted to see more bride vs. bride action though.

Who knows, someone may grab something or clothes get ripped..and something falls out.(G Costanza????)
Remember from a few years back - before ‘cams’ were abundant -someone captured one of the father in laws opening envelopes, going through purses in the cloakroom and on the table when guests were dancing...think wedding lasted 2 weeks or less....He (thought) made a good haul though.
Philadelphia - City of Brotherly Thugs.
.think wedding lasted 2 weeks or less...

wedding = marriage....
Of course, had the taped been ‘real time’ the wedding may have lasted a while once the fight started...<:
Jersey Shore denizens?
“The mobs of great cities add just so much to the support of pure government, as sores do to the strength of the human body. It is the manners and spirit of a people which preserve a republic in vigor. A degeneracy in these is a canker which soon eats to the heart of its laws and constitution”.
I witnessed a wedding reception where the father-in-law and the groom got into a bloody fist fight. I bet the married couple did not live happily ever after.
“They just decked the bride” is hilarious. What a lovely picture they’ll have to hang above their mantle.
Yep. I was at a reception where the bride and groom got into a knock-down closed-fist punch-out (she was giving as good as she got!). They were friends of my then-wife. I grabbed our wedding gift on the way out ;-)
I always said to have a “good” wedding reception three divorces should follow. :-)
“That’s nothing. Kansas City fans cheered yesterday when their own QB was knocked unconscious and out of the game. “
Can you really blame them?
Can I blame 70,000 for cheering the fact a man was knocked unconscious and may been seriously, even fatally, injured? Cheering this because he failed to entertain them as they desired? Hell yes I can blame them.
Chalk this up to demon rum!
