Todd Akin will never vote to approve a SC Justice who is not Conservative and Pro-Life. McCaskill will vote for an ultra Liberal, Pro- Abortion Justice. What don’t you understand about that?

Akin does not pick the judges. And even if scotus overturns r v wade, it will revert back to the states where you need to win the hearts and minds of independent voters.

Akin will repell independent voters.

Furthermore, we will get 51 in the senate without Akin.<> Cobern is from OK.

Michelle said “for the first time in my life, I am proud of my country” If Akin wins, for the first time in my life, I will be embarassed to be a republican.

Akin will serve your interests far more conservatively than you can yourself. GET a LIFE. I have had to endure RINOS that have been far more embarrassing than Akin will ever be.

Wenzel started his own firm after gaining experience with Zogby. He’s based in Columbus, OH and has established himself as a solid pollster in the state.

He does use a balanced dynamic party-affiliation weighting, that is 38/37/25 (D,R,U)

He insists that weightings must be balanced by the rise of the Tea Party, a reasonable notion that is the same as saying that 2008 was dramatically changed in 2010.

I distrust the poll, since it’s not non partisan, but Akin has a good chance to win. I think Romney will take Mo by abut 10 points and he’ll have coattails.

I hate polls. But since I live in Missouri, I can tell you there is no love for the commie liberal, fake moderate pretending Claire. So I am not surprised at this poll. She dumped Hillary before the primary in Missouri, 2008, and rolled out the commie red carpet for Obama. In the past two years she has spent a bank full of money trying to tell US she does not know this character Obama. This state, in spite of Claire's full throttle support of Obama, voted in majority for lord McCain and Sarah.

Sorry. Coburn from Oklahoma.

“Akin will repel Independent voters”

By “Independent Voters” do you mean the functional retards who can’t decide between a Conservative view and a Liberal view. By “Independent” do you mean like Arlen Sphincter? I loathe the mushy, spineless, so-called Independent and Moderate voters.

Besides if Todd Akin wins can you imagine the reaction of the left-wing media? Akin’s election is worth it just for that.

Excellent analysis of the situation.

I'm glad Akin didn't cower under the attacks of King Turd Blossom and the GOP-e and held his ground.

Nothing wrong with the point he was trying to get across.

The dems and the overlords of the Republican party jumped all over him, both for the same reason.

He represents Conservatism.

The dems, the GOP and their main spewer of hate for Tea Party values--—Karl Rove---love to skewer conservatives and attempt to chase them out of politics.

Good for Todd Akin!

Sounds like the case to me, Beagle8U. Stayfree puts the republican party above ALL including the future of our children. What a shame.

“If Akin wins, for the first time in my life, I will be embarassed to be a republican.”

In that case, you did exactly the right thing with the political comparison to Michelle Obama.

As you noted in September, when you said
"80% of the RNC money comes from “rinos” like me. Any support of Akin will mean an 80% loss of money for the next 20 years.",
you are not particularly conservative, which is why you don't get much agreement on this board.

Maybe we’re seeing more than just anti-Obama sentiment around the country. Perhaps it’s becoming another anti-Democrat election.

You should be embarrassed by Karl Rove for trying to decide MO’s vote.

I hope that he does win. He said something stupid, but that said, he said it in an effort to try to stand up for the lives of unborn babies who happened to be conceived as a result of rape. They can’t help how they got here. They never asked to be conceived, and they didn’t choose the creeps that are unfortunately their “fathers”.

Weigh the evils carefully. Liberals will be in your house like termites. And any republican who can diminish Rove, and his effectiveness in the promotion of RINOs, is worth having on the ticket.

And yes I'd rather have the commie crook for this reason. The commie crook is in my neighbors house while if Akin wins the a-hole would be in my house.

I'm aware of the famous comment which caused Akin all the trouble, but WTF are you referring to about Akin being in your house? Was Akin's comment so severe as to justify settling for a commie crook? I think not.

You sure seem like a troll on this issue. I don't think anybody in their right mind (at least on this site) could want McCaskill to be re-elected. Those who supported Akin's withdrawal did so because they feared he would lose. Now that Akin is ahead, I would presume that most of those people are happy that he's winning.

Please elaborate as to the reasoning behind your bizarre endorsement of a communist...

Is akin worse than mccaskill? Nope. She’s the worst of the worst. I have no idea what this quote is from, and frankly don’t care. He’s been a good congressman with a good record, and he was good enough a few months ago to win in a pretty competitive primary field. He won. Lets go win the Senate.
