Rice blames intel talking points for faulty Libya story, lawmakers raise new questions U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice, in her first public comments on Libya since her controversial account days after the attack, blamed intelligence community talking points for the faulty narrative.
Rice did not offer many details on the nature of the intelligence updates or whether they reflected a more nuanced version of events than the one she told the Sunday after the attack. In those interviews, Rice repeatedly claimed the deadly assault was a "spontaneous" reaction to protests over an anti-Islam film. The administration later acknowledged it was a coordinated terror attack on the anniversary of 9/11.

Typical Obamanoid. Blame somebody else.
When you’re trapped in a hole, quit digging. She’s toast along with Shrillary.
Next she will take a que from Hillary: “Just say it was the VAST Right Wing Tea Party Conspiracy”, worked for me one time.
The administration = Liars Club
Amb Rice does not work for Dept of State. She works directly for the WH.

The buck stops here! - Harry S Truman
What buck? I never saw a buck. The buck never got here. Bush stole the buck. - Barry H. Obama
I think you are correct. It seems that there is a blitzkrieg of statements coming from all players in this fiasco that is intended to create an atmosphere of confusion. First, this would prevent the electorate from ever knowing what happened. Second, it will cause the media to give up. Third, it will generate statements from the Republicans that the administration will try to use against them by making it appear that they are only after this story for political reasons.
The buck stops here! - Harry S Truman
Let’s redistribute that buck! - Barry H. Obama
When virtually every intelligence agency in the world said that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, Bush along with most Democrats repeatedly cited and relied upon those reports. When they later turned out to be untrue, it was Bush’s fault. Bush lied.
Now, when all of the US security agencies are saying that it was a terrorist attack and that they never believed that it was a protest arising from an obscure youtube video, it is the fault of bad intelligence. Obama didn’t lie. If Obama ever said anything that later turned out to be untrue, it must somehow be Bush’s fault.
No “intel reports” EVER blamed the video for the riots or attacks before 12 Sept.
Islamists only cited the video AFTER THIS ADMINISTRATION OFFERED IT AS AN EXCUSE!!
That is very true. And what this reveals is that they are in an absolute panic over it.
Their short term goal today is to confuse people long enough to get through the "debate." But they obviously realize the "Hillary made me do it" and the "Susan Rice was just sayin'" approaches are not going to work.
I can hardly wait to see what they do next...
It all leads somewhere.
Well good, now we’re getting somewhere. She can bring the intel talking points along with the author who wrote them when she testifies in front of Congress.
Rice is on Arkancide watch.
I would not be surprised if the CIA was in on the spin to blame the first amendment and a Christian for the Libyan Islamic murder. It is the political stance of Petraus that the first admendment is now domestic terrorism when it irks Islamists. He already used the excuse for jihad, blaming Islamic rage and hate on an American for daring to protest the placement of a Victory Mosque at ground zero by burning a koran.
Talking points is another term for spin. The CIA is a political animal and it’s ideology is globalism not American-American interests and freedom. Since Dempsey stuck his nose in it by calling Rev. Jones about the video, and Petraus is said to have informed Congress it was a protest against the video, Rice is probably telling the truth that the CIA was in on the cover up. She knew it was spin - not true.
Out all the liars because they are going to get the homeland attacked again and they are already killing Americans overseas.
