You are correct and your statement IS settled law: the courts have stated that there is NO obligation on the part of the police to respond to all calls!

Therefore, you may have a right to call the police, but you have no right nor guarantee that they will respond! I hope that helps the libtards sleep well at night! IDIOTS!

LOL -- Good catch!
The USSC has ruled multiple times that there is no affirmative obligation for a police officer to ensure the safety of a private citizen.
