It looks like the tape was spliced (if that is the correct term.) Is that what you are referring to?
Stuff like this makes me wonder, are these people sheep that need to be led or enemies that need to be defeated. If they are sheep, we need to do a better job of leading them (denouncing cultural rot, providing real consequences for their idiotic life choices, etc.) but if they are enemies we must either disenfranchise them or separate from them.
