Putting this quip aside for a second, just how the hell is Flake in trouble in Arizona to begin with?

There is a candidate in Dallas saturating the airwaves accusing her opponent of being pro-rape. Crazy

He's remembered by many here as the guy who co-authored the amnesty bill with McCain. Though, that never seems to hurt McCain.
I just, in the past few days, have been seeing these Carmona guys signs popping up. I was wondering who he was, I had not heard his name or seen the signs prior to this week.
I am voting for Flake but his arrogance during the whole immigration bill left me with a sour taste in my mouth for him. Kyl too, though he wasn't arrogant about it, it turned me off from him and I had really liked him at one time.

Putting this quip aside for a second, just how the hell is Flake in trouble in Arizona to begin with? The polls are wrong and Flake will almost certainly win - but he does have a reputation as a lobbyist-owned insider.

In 19809 (In the Reagan landslide) Barry Goldwater almost lost to George Schultz. That race was not decided until Wed. morning. I remember, because I was there.

Putting this quip aside for a second, just how the hell is Flake in trouble in Arizona to begin with? The illegal alien vote the Democrats depend on? That's why they pushed this scumbag Carmona to run in the first place.

Why would his quip (joke) cause him not to get elected if he was in the lead or gaining on Mr. Flake for goodness sake Joe Biden is the VP and look at the crap he says and does. I think the man was going to lose anyway and they are just using this as an excuse.
