This is exactly what the Ulsterman’s White House Insider claimed months ago. I’ve been following that site and while it sounded plausible never really knew if it was BS or not. Interesting to see it coming out of a differet place now...

I’ve always thought he looked too small in that pic , look at the size of his head compared to the man back farther and to the right . I’ve always thought that one was photoshopped.
If the first attempt had worked, he'd still be taking credit for capping the Deepwater Horizon well.
I always thought Ulstermann’s account of this operation rang true- that obama’s prior words were shrewdly manipulated and used by some Pentagon and other patriots in our govt agencies as legal authority to pull off this raid without further notification to the dithering ditz in the WH

I say photoshopped. Look at the size of BO and the size of his chair. Small in comparison to the others. Part of it is the camera angle, but still much smaller. Even if he was there, can you imagine him not demanding the biggest chair in the center of the picture. Doesnt make sense to me.
