2,3,4,5, are all good suggestions, I might add that Ryan has a list of agencies and cuts he wants to make. It’s a great list and should be adopted.

Claninf out the State Department and the Justice Department should be his first goal, Run the Muslims out of the Administration, wish we could run them out of the country.
