The liberals in the GOP, led by Mittens, miss what’s going on, too.

They are the beneficiaries of America’s revolt against liberal misrule. They are not its originators. And if they don’t understand what it means, they too will be gone.

I don’t think the bipartisan establishment has the foggiest notion of what is at work in America. In all likelihood, we won’t get the change we need from Romney.

But someday, we will get it.

We were, and not just about Obama. We've been right about the academia elites, the Jurassic media, the elitist conservative pundits, the establishment, the "obama foam" class, and Occupy and union thugs, too. This includes anybody who makes his living from government -- and the reporting thereof. It encompasses those who live inside the bubble, plus those who depend on them. These people are all intertwined, co-dependent, and out of step with America.

I have long, long since lost any iota of respect for anyone who drank the Obama Kool-aid as false messiah. Co-workers, relatives, media clowns, and fellow breathers of the same air of this once great nation (I refuse to call them fellow citizens).

Why no mention of Sarah Palin in this article...she took the fight straight to Obama in 2009 and 2010, when the rest of the GOP-e was quivering in fear. Remember "death panels?" Her wave of winning congressional endorsements in 2010? Her big stand in Madison in support of Walker? And Breitbart's exasperated question, "Where are the men in the Republican Party?"

Rewriting history through omission?

1.This is one battle in a long war.
2. 47% not paying taxes is unsustainable.
3. DemocRats still control big states and big cities. Big debts.
4. The Rat cronies ala the Fed, the banksters, MF Global, GM, Solyndra, et al will continue to screw the public.
5. Don’t trust Willard - he believes that gov’t can solve problems.
6. A minimum of 75% of the fed, state, and city gov’t budgets needs to be cut. Actual cuts and not political gimmicks. The current and future spending is unsustainable.
7. The process called bankruptcy needs to be followed. No sweetheart deals for any gov’t or private entity.
8. Normal market forces in energy, food, housing, and employment need be reintroduced by removing the gov’t at all levels from them.
9. Automatic withholding needs to be abolished. Monthly checks written to the gov’t. Tax day moved from Apr 1 to Nov 1. The Senate must return to appointment of Senators by state legislators vs direct election.
10. The media and Liberals aren’t going away and need to be challenged continually.
11. Major tort reform.
12. As shown above Lil Barry is the symptom of the problems. Removing him isn’t the cure but a start.

I think the biggest thing that will hurt the liberals for some time to come is the Democrats who now realize their party mislead them. They bought the party line on Obama hook line and sinker. Now they are reassessing their support of the Democrats and may never again just follow the party line. Local Democrats who hoped to ride the Hope and Change coat tails will find the rug pulled from under them

Frankly...tho...unless legitimate Constitutionally restrained Federal government is restored...this country will never generate the wealth required to pay its debts. The continued dance with the present oligarchs
merely represents a change in the tune.

As a western PA poll watcher, I have been active in the TEA party and I am amazed and very hopeful from what I am seeing and hearing in stores, bars, golf courses, Church and work places that C. Edmund has nailed it...BIG TIME.

It looks like a tsunami is about to hit the left and that they are partying on the beach.

Maybe obama was a gift from God that woke the "sleeping giant".

I pray to God that it is a landslide of epic proportions.

Liberalism is pervasive in the US, including inside the GOP. it is naive to assume that electing someone like Romney is going to stem the tide in any meaningful way.

What scares the bejeebers out of the dnc is the the comparison between the dim-0 way, and the Republican way of running an economy that will be presented if Romney wins. Beginning with W., who averaged 5.2% unemployment for his 8 years, and actually had a good economy, one that if obama had, would re elect him in a landslide. Then going to the obammunism we have endured for 4 years, then going into the Romney years where I FULLY expect Romney to break all time records for job creation.

obama claims that there is 2 TRILLION dollars sidelined, waiting for him to be gone. He wants you to believe the money is sidelined because business people would rather have him fail as prez,THAN TO MAKE MONEY!!

That is more money than porkulous, and without the hindrance of only being spent where it will help dim-0s get elected.
That

could be a trifecta...

libs cast out of the white house..

libs cast out of the legislature..

roberts ruling on fubocare that took away the commerce clause abuse, the necessary and proper clause abuse and the unfunded mandates abuse..

libs judicial activism cast out of the courts...

we would have all the tools to not only stop the progression, but to begin to reverse it..

november 7 could be the dawn of a new era..

The thoughts verge on delusion. Such were the writings at the end of the Clinton administration. Here we are 16 years later and the scoundrels are more powerful than then

Until they are severely maimed economically, there will be a continuance of the lies and political chicanery.

I think one of the greatest overlooked facets of this election is the Chick-Fil-A turnout.

I think those numbers are going to turn out for the election as well and it won't be for the "gay marriage" backers.

The author is spot on. Not because it’s a positive message, just because, “you can feel it.”

Having said that, we must not merely be content with vanquishing Liberals, we must annihilate them, completely wipe them out starting with the schools, the universities, the corrupt MSM, etc.

So, why am I not so cheerful?

If Romney wins, it is likely that we will be governed by RINOs only slightly less liberal, free spending, & corrupt than the Rats. Four more years of McConnell, Boehner, & Co., plus the “Romney for Pres. in 2016” campaign kickoff the day after the Inauguration gives me little to cheer about.

The only good thing about Romney winning is Obama losing.

That we dodged a Marxist bullet would be a great thing, but don't hold your breath expecting a conservative government, rather expect one only slightly less liberal & incompetent.

This articles explains how the new media (talk radio, breitbart, viral youtube videos,) is knowking down the stockade protecting the liberal elite. That stockade is the old media (the major daily newspapers, three major networks and CNN) which controlled all news consumed by the public and thereby shaped opinion.

The liberals no longer have this protection, but they think they do. Why? Because they live in a bubble. They go to a cocktail party and everyone there thinks exactly the way they do. They turn on CNN and see their views reflected back to them like they're looking in a mirror.

They laugh at Fox News refusing to believe like the children they are, that Fox is the number one network, and that Fox and the rest are shaping public opinion now - not CNN- not ABC - not the New York Times or Ted Koppel.

However, there are some self-aware liberals. And these savvy liberals are using the new media effectively to shape the opinions of our youth. They are doing this with the website Reddit, Comedy Central's Jon Stewart and others.

Reddit modestly calls itself "the front page of the internet." It was founded in San Francisco (make your own assumptions) in 2005 by two 22 year olds and later acquired by Conde Nast. It is now a subsidiary of the parent company, Advance. Reddit is very popular with college and high school students. The content voted to the front page is often ultra liberal and depressingly immoral. For example a recent front page post was about something I cannot discuss on a family website.

Reddit has a fatal flaw: any user can vote a post up or down. This means it can be freeped!!

I have banned Reddit from my home wifi and I suggest others with teenagers and young adults to do the same.

But for those without impressionable young people, I suggest you register on Reddit and "vote down" offensive articles and post your own views to balance the site and help young people who are being brainwashed over there.

Could Carville have been right about a 40 year banishment, but he inadvertently picked the wrong party?

Bloggers and commentators and pundits and talking heads love to pull that @#$%, but it's all just trash.

Win the election and use it to get something done, but don't try to get off on stupid fantasies about permanent victory or permanent power.

Politics goes on and on and on. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. But it doesn't stop.

People who peddle these self-gratifying fantasies have worn out their welcome.

If you manage to achieve anything in politics you can pat yourself on the back, but those who write stuff like this, really aren't contributing much.
