It should be pointed out that these are INSPECTORS, not observers. Their specific mission is to identify attempts to disenfranchise black and Hispanic voters. They are uninterested in vote fraud.

These so called "observers" can observe the polling places from at least 100 feet away from the building. Anything closer and they will either be arrested or shot.
Since they will be from the UN, I prefer the second option.

The Federal government can make all of the agreements and commitments it wants but unless it is a ratified treaty state law governs the conduct of elections.
In other words the states can keep your arses out.
