There is only ONE question the committee needs to ask SOS Clinton. Did you or any of your staff receive a Cross Border Authority(CBA)order from President Barrack Obama??? YES or NO!!!
It is as simple as that. If the answer is NO.....everything else is moot and the president should be impeached for dereliction of duty. If yes let's see it.Obama is CIC and he is the ONLY ONE that can issue a CBA. The only thing defense, state or CIA can do is pre-stage assets closer to libya and wait for the CBA.
