Just a few minutes ago on CNN, Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr reported that a high-placed source informed her that former CIA Chief David Petraeus will use his upcoming testimony to amend his previous testimony. According to this source, Petraeus will tell the closed door congressional hearing that he knew "almost immediately" that the September 11 anniversary attack on our Libyan consulate was a terrorist attack committed by the al-Qaeda-linked militia Ansar Al Sharia.

The past months of unrest have already seen a flood of weaponry seized from Col Muammar Gadaffi’s troops and army stores into the increasingly volatile Egyptian Sinai.

Israeli military intelligence reports that much of the smuggled arsenal has been looted by jihadist elements and is making its way into Gaza through the tunnels at Rafah.

A senior Israeli official confirmed on Monday that while the majority of Gaza’s arsenal comes from Iran via Sudan, a rise in arms arriving from Libya is “an additional preoccupation”.

“Some of the weaponry coming from Iran enters Gaza by sea but all of the weapons from Libya are passing into Gaza by land, through the tunnels from Egypt.

It would not have made any difference in the election because the election was rigged/stolen. There have been umpteen articles lately about it. Elections mean nothing now, unless and until we get some rule of law back in our country.

Your probably right. At least in public hearings one cannot expect for the CIA, DOS, Military, to go into details as to what goes on in a given operation. One can go back to the original Issa public four hour hearing and watch Rep Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) complaining when State Department employee Charlene Lamb had posters pics showing the so called consolate and annex ... the Rep. quickly tried to stop the photos from being displayed and her verbal descriptions as to what the compounds where composed of.

That is just one example of how "touchy" this type of investigation can become, IMHO. What is fair game for public eye consumption. I'm a bit surprise we have gotten so much data into the public eye as is.
I'm as much interested in seeing who screwed the pooch be exposed and then actions (legal by Congressional Constitutional grounds) to go after them.
At the least for the sakes of the four families that now are faced with the realization, their loved ones are in the grave.
