If they lost their jobs on strike, do they get taxpayer-funded unemployment?
Good luck finding another job . . . ever.
As soon as a potential employer sees “Hostess” on the work history they will be shown the door. No one with 10% of the brains of a jackass will hire anyone who is proud of driving their former employer out of business.
They can’t bail out “the Twinkie factory”, there is already enough of them working for the federal government!
They don’t care. They have their chocolate socialist. Barack Hussein Obama, mmmm mmmm mmmm.
I have a question???
Since the biggest part of the Twinkie business is actually baking and packaging the product and there are approximately 5,000 bakers doing that, what the h*ll is Hostess doing with 13,500 Teamsters???
Put it another way: Big Labor convinced a bunch of feeble minded Obama Voters to ditch their $45,000 factory jobs plus benefits over $3,000.
Those not aware, DRAKES cakes belong to Hostess too.,p.No more Ring Dings or Funny Bones.
Obamunism at work!
Hey if the morons didn’t care why should anyone else. Same message for GM, pay back the money then I might consider test driving one of your nice trucks...over to the Ford dealer to pick up a new truck.
Make sure y’all note that not ALL unions were against the deal with Hostess.
There were 12 unions in all involved in this deal. Some were astute enough to read a balance sheet.
Heck, they did it to big Steel, and they almost did it to big auto. They continue to kill the goose that lays the golden egg, and yet, they’re too damn stupid to understand why the outcome is always, ALWAYS the same.
A lot of Hostess problems were looting and pillaging by private equity Democrats including the beloved Dicky Gephardt.
I’m sure Baraq will call them out at his next presser.

When there are too many worms in the apple, the apple falls from the tree.
Host-Parasite relationships do not last long.

Nine weeks of paid leave? Wow, that's almost as much as a congressman.
