“PSY will be performing for the White House in a Christmas extravaganza airing on TNT Dec. 21.”

Unless the world ends, I’ll be watching.
Yeah...riiiiight!
“Your 15 minutes are up.”
Let Kim Jong-un take over his nominally free country and let’s see how he likes it. Maybe he really is a NK spy?
Classy.
Sounds about right - an anti American get together at the White House. Pathetic. But, that’s what you get when you elect a marxist as president of the USA. Half this country is just pathetic.
Those folks squatting in the WhiteHouse love anyone who hates America.
Wow, and He was on Leno performing for our men and women in uniform. Wow.
Smoke coming out of my ears right now.

In the guy’s defense, it has to be said that showbiz figures are a little unbalanced at the best of times, and spend a good chunk of their careers striking poses to get the public’s attention. That said, I have no clue why this guy’s song became a big hit - he’s ugly as sin and what passes for music in the song is IMO unlistenable.
To be fair, pretty much everyone in South Korea not old enough to remember the war hates Americans worse than they fear the North Koreans. Why we continue to spend a dime to defend that rock is mystifying.
PSY is the victim here...
he’s suffering from having been subjected to a college education in the USA.
My first job if elected, will be to make sure a division level of Orkin presence is the only thing seen going in and out of the White House for the first week of my first term.
I would like to see this tool go up against an American soldier, he’d piss and crap his pants ‘gangnam style’.
I’d like to see a binding referendum by the South on whether American troops stay or leave.
He probably wasn’t invited until Obama found out he hates America.
Pretty shameful.
I’m very dissappointed as I enjoy listening to K-Pop and was excited to see a song make it big in the U.S. This completely changes my opinion of him.
I saw an article on another site, and the article said that Americans may have a change of opinion about Psy after reading the lyrics of his 2004 song, and the lyrics were posted. I thought, yes, many Americans (like those on FR) are going to be outraged, especially if they are in or have relatives in the military. However, I thought that many other Americans (liberals) will not have a negative opinion, and in fact, they may like him more. I popped on over to the Huffington Puffington Post, and sure enough, there were liberals defending him. They were saying what he said about American troops and torture was true, conveniently glossing out and ignoring the part about not only killing the troops, but killing their families.
There was a time that all Americans would be outraged, but this is no longer so. This earns him a badge of honor in the Hollywood scene. Not only that, the President of the United States is apparently okay with having him perform for him.
Psy is obviously has hostility towards the U.S., but he doesn’t have enough to not accept American money and fame. It’s sort of like liberals who hate the rich but don’t hate their money.
