1. He killed her and stole her guns (illegal)
2. Mom did a straw purchase for son (illegal)

Yet if we banned guns, the crazy couldn’t have obtained the gun or just used a bat, bomb, bow, or anything else to do his evil.

They can ban guns but worst school disaster so far was by a bomb:  45 killed, 58 injured.

We really need laws to prevent nutjobs from killing little kids. This appears to be an oversight in our legal system.

Or he could have used his older brother’s ID (which he apparently had) and bought the guns himself. Yes?
