No. They would have tarred and feathered what are mockingly called 'drug warriors'.
Yup. Somebody might survive the humiliation of a tarring and feathering. Today we just utterly destroy them, torment them, and prohibit them from getting good employment.
Might be a good time for a National Conversation on WTF happened to Washington...
Consider that Prohibition - or Volstead Act, outlawed the sale of booze, beer and wine. They needed, and passed a constitutional amendment to make it happen. So what was different then, or has changed since that time, that Weed or Light Bulbs or Low Flow Toilets doesn’t require anything of the sort?
I’m on the same page as you.
Make it mandatory prison for anyone caught with ANY pot!!!
SET UP PRISON CAMPS IN THE DESERT WHERE THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR OWN HOUSING AND RAISE THEIR OWN FOOD!!
Make the fines big enough that the camps are self supporting or profitable!
You’re not supposed to smoke the whole ounce at once, goober!

Great point. Why not 16 ozs? Or 32 oz?
***************************************
If they want to take the drug cartels (money) out of the picture they need to allow at least 32 oz so that people can grow a handful of plants themselves.... and since it’s impossible to determine what weight each exact plant will produce the limit needs to be a quantity of mature plants.. 4/6/8
Why not let each state decide that?
Have any of you pinheads heard of the Tenth Amendment?
While I'm not for legalized drugs, I think that the Feds have overstepped their Constitutional limits with so many of the laws out there that the two States that started it may have done a good thing by telling the feds that their law has no jurisdiction. The idiot in D.C. may only be trying to keep attention away from the dichotomy being played out and being missed/ignored by so many in the MSM.
