The ATF, FBI and other government thugs massacred 76 American women, children and men with assault weapons, tanks, helicopters and machine guns in 1993 in Waco,TX. Then they set the church on fire in which the innocent American citizens were taking refuge from the government thugs!

If anyone needs their assault weapons taken from them, it is the U.S. Government thugs!!

Whatever questionable investigation was involved, you don’t shoot officers executing a search warrant.I guess we must stand there and let them kill us....
Being a police officer doesn’t make you a God. They must follow the law like the rest of us.

You seriously think that officers would have starting picking off men, women and children if admitted to the compound peacefully?

Seriously?

how many more innocent defenseless men women and children died because of janet Reno?

The Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 was originally passed as section 1702 of the Crime Control Act of 1990. It added 18 U.S.C. § 922(q); 18 U.S.C. § 922 itself was added by the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968.

The Supreme Court of the United States subsequently held that the Act was an unconstitutional exercise of Congressional authority under the Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution in United States v. Lopez, 514 U.S. 549 (1995). This was the first time in over half a century that the Supreme Court limited Congressional authority to legislate under the Commerce Clause.

Following the Lopez decision, President Clinton’s Attoney General Janet Reno proposed changes to 18 U.S.C. § 922(q) that were adopted (or “concealed” and “widely ignored” as one author put it) in section 657 of the Omnibus Consolidated Appropriations Act of 1997, Pub.L. 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009, enacted September 30, 1996.[5] These minor changes required that the firearm in question “has moved in or otherwise affects interstate commerce”.[6]

As nearly all firearms have moved in Interstate Commerce at some point in their lives, critics assert this was merely a legislative tactic to circumvent the Supreme Court’s ruling.[5]

The first shot fired was by an ATF agent accidently as he exited the trailer. (through his own leg) The guy in the RH side of the pickup cab then unloaded on David Koresh standing in the front doorway with a MP5 sub gun. The door was riddled and Koresh was seriously wounded and staggered back into the residence with his baby in his arms. After that the feds fired at the side of the building until they ran out of ammo!

The door was one of the first things hauled to the dump. I still have photos somewhere.

It was the saddest day for freedom from tyranny in American history. 25 Children murdered but these were just late termination abortions.
