Better Idea:
Psychological evaluation by independent, no-partisan professionals for all candidates running for political office and annual evaluations for all elected officials currently in office - up to and including the president.
With results to be made immediately available to the public.
And who is going to review all these tests? At what point does psychological fitness become subjective? What other constitutional rights are competence-tested?
This is a “cure” that’s far worse than its disease.

Wouldn’t the fascist Leftists love this——like Stalin’s government-—where they just painted everyone who the government wanted eliminated as a defective or criminal or what ever, and forced people to “sign” papers or killed them, or tortured them.
This tactic is to “label” all intelligent people who understand the Constitution and the REAL meaning of words— not the Marxist warped meanings being programmed into our children through BF Skinner methodology and TV-—as defective or criminal.
Exactly the tactics of Stalin’s gulag and death camps. Give control to the so-called government trained “psychologists” who are so twisted and warped they are now claiming it is loving to sodomize little boys (Rush’s show)-—it is “good” for them.
Psychiatry is a joke in this country since they ejected Reason and Common Sense from schools because of Fabian Socialist, John Dewey.....they are now conditioning children in the Pavlovian sense and “teaching” them to “think” correctly (by emotions) that “Up is Down” in all those sick irrational public (and some private) universities-—where sodomy is “Good”, instead of the dehumanizing, vile behavior it always was, and will be.
The Satanic practice—is about power and twisted lust-—never “love”.
As Dennis Prager stated—and I find him one of the Wiser people on radio—the longer our children go to “universities”, the more Reason and Common Sense is beat out of them.
What they learn from experience (reality) for 18 years-—about human nature and life—mother and father—is destroyed in four years—and if they go to graduate schools—they become even more deluded and irrational and immoral.
Very few “educated” people can use reason and logic. I found what Prager stated, “True”—many times. I have talked with Stanford Law graduates and find they are devoid of knowledge about Law-—not only about the Constitution and Justice Joseph Story—but of Natural Law Theory-—which is the underlying philosophy of our Jurisprudence and “Rule of Law”, with Christianity sprinkled in it (and they are a dunce when it comes to Theology which is also fundamental to the Ethics of our once Great Country) .
I repeat my monologue......”Justice” is a Virtue. Just Laws have got to promote Virtue and never Vice—like sodomy and abortion. If “Just Laws” promote Vice, they are Null and Void, by the simple fact that they are “Unjust Law”— incompatible with the Supreme Law of the Land and “Justice” since we are based in the philosophy which states there is Absolute Truth—Right and Wrong and God.
The Law Schools are eliminating Truth—God—from our very Rights and claiming “rights” from Satan would be from God. It is irrational and evil and unconstitutional.
We are not a country based on Logic Positivism—when it is incompatible with Natural Laws. That is where our country is now-—going down the hell-hole, because of stupid, irrational, unjust laws and judges who do not throw the “laws” out.
They just keep making “new” unjust, unconstitutional laws which are Null and Void (John Marshall). We are NOT supposed to follow unjust laws (Nuremberg Trials).
That is what is so wrong with this country-—our Judicial System has been corrupted by Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. and all the Austinian/Marxist followers who destroyed the idea of Rule of Law (there is a Higher Law than man’s). Now, we are ruled by ARBITRARY LAWS which are not “Right Reason according to Nature”. They are ALL unconstitutional and need discarding.
And oh yeah....that goes for dog shootin cops too.
The trouble is that before this psych test is implemented, they will deem that the mere desire to own a gun is a legitimate mental illness. It’s a win-win for them.
If I have to have to be analyzed to exercise my 2A rights, perhaps we should analyze this woman before she exercises her 1A rights. She’s *clearly* not right in the head and we’d all be best served if she kept her yapper shut.

Applicant: I want to buy a gun.
Evaluator: That's CRAZY! Guns are DANGEROUS. I'm sorry, but crazy people can't own guns. DENIED!
