I agree with all points, Laz, but Obama has a trump card up his sleeve. No one will challenge him. The House and Senate continue to cower in fear of this man. They may grumble and complain and protest, but no one will risk the legacy of being labeled a racist for actually attempting to impeach and convict the first black president, no matter what outrageousness he dictates by fiat. With this weapon, he can act with impunity, time and time again. His skin color trumps all.
