Don't think it is accidental. I haven't clicked on your link yet, but I did read the whole law and there isn't a gun that will stand up to that law. The guns that people already have are going to be registered and if you have more than seven cartridges in say, a 10 magazine, you are a criminal right now so take out three cartridges. Totally ridiculous.
This nutsy Representative should never have a guard unless that guard has less than 8 cartridges but this guy says 2, 3, or 4 is enough. We have idiots for some leaders.
I think if that governor was in Texas we would bury him head down (should he die of natural causes of course) cause there is nothing in his head. He has probably never been to Texas to see freedom/liberty/gun carrying at work. And, you can buy as big a drink as you want and eat a triple decker cheese/hamburger/French fries/onion rings, at the same time. And, we sell heartburn medicine including Pepto Bismal in every drug store and grocery store. And, we have great hospitals for by-pass heart surgery and new hearts if you need that.
Come down to Texas and have a life - get out of that hell hole up there.
