I am so tired of this crap. The Republican Party falls all over itself to recruit minorities and women. Nobody tries to keep them out. What they really mean when they say the party must change is that they want Republicans to become Democrats.

We have been losing because the leadership is more concerned that a candidate get their turn, than picking a candidate that can win.
