You could very well be correct. They’ll use that incident to undermine our military even more than they have up to this point. The left hates our nation so much.
The liberals are telling us that this is a step forward for women, and that not having women in combat is discrimination, etc. etc. We’ll see how this goes over.

Female enlistments will plummet, dramatically. Females won’t even bother going to recruiters, let alone being talked into joining by one. Guaranteed.
(What happens when the first female is captured in combat and brutally murdered? What about when al-Qaeda rapes a woman on video and uploads it to YouTube for all to see? How will the American public handle that)
The same way the should habdle any soldier being captured and brutalized by the enemy.

No, you see, that’s where you’re wrong. I have a friend who knows a guy who was in the infantry in Iraq and Afghanistan, and sometimes his infantry unit did missions where women went along (to search the local women, for example). Sometimes the women even got killed when things went sideways. That’s proof enough that women can do whatever the infantry do.

A good number of the women currently serving are lesbians who can now be open about it.
I envision hi-tech lesbians and lower tech jihadis battling it out on police action battlefields around the world in the years ahead.
Another aspect of this is a purging of the military to put more politically reliable persons in charge of the advanced weaponry.
The progressive left’s mantra of “women and minorities” is all about putting leftists who happen to fit those descriptions into positions of power and influence.
