Private sales are legal in Florida. It sounds as if the next event would be a good opportunity for activism and the possibility of picking up some decent guns for a good price.

Now this is 40 rounds that can take 40 lives in less than a minute, and when they run out of ammo, they have a bayonet over here that can penetrate two people at a time, he said. 40 for 40 is good shoot'n in a New York minute, and a super bayonet!

Here we have a perfect example of what we need to get off the streets: It's a sawed-off AK-47 with a 40-round clip, Cruz said.

Once the barrel is sawed off, there is no way to asttach an alleged bayonet.......

We've had a lot of rifles, a lot of hunting rifles, wood scopes, but these are high-powered rifles that can actually have a range of 500 yards and can kill a person from 500 yards away, said Miami police Sgt. Freddie Cruz. We've had a couple of double-barrel shotguns, regular shotguns. Were hoping to get assault rifles off the street. .....Huh? WHAT did he say????

At the link, I see an AK-47 and a sawed-off pump shotgun. I don’t see a “sawed-off AK-47.”

Sooo,
If a gun buyback happens near me I could go and hang around and offer more money for the gun than the authorities are paying and it would be legal.
Pay my mney and just walk away in front of em all.
Sounds too good to me.

“Overtown”
Every time there’s a voluntary gun collection by Police it’s in the worst neighborhoods.
There’s an irony there. I wonder when they’ll hold one in Coral Gables or Plymouth Church in Coconut Grove?

The video is even worse. That’s not an AK he’s holding. It’s a SKS. The cops are morons.
The ‘AK-47’ in the images is a Chinese MAK-90.

These guns are not being analyzed for ballistics? What if some are being traded out so murder weapons will be destroyed and evidence erased?
