Only Rebellion Can Save America
The US federal government has strayed so far from the Constitution and the rule of law that it can now be considered rogue and illegitimate.

The thoroughly irresponsible rate of government spending projected over the next twenty-five years will drive federal debt to unsustainable levels. The country is heading for a financial meltdown and economic ruin.
The Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now polluting the electoral process. There is a report claiming that the Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in 1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud. If there is no guarantee of election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny.
Barack Obama is an illegal President and unindicted felon. Congress, the American media and the courts are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to conceal their complicity in perpetrating the Obama fraud on the American people. Law enforcement and our elected officials have chosen to risk the survival of the country rather than risk the truth.
According to recent reports, Obama continues to use a Social Security Number (SSN) not issued to him, in the process, committing numerous counts of social security fraud. The SSN Obama uses, issued in Connecticut, a state where he never lived, does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States. It appears that the SSN Obama uses, was actually issued to a Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890. Once issued, a SSN is never reissued to another individual. Why isn’t any of that evidence investigated? It is because Barack Obama is protected by a dishonest media and criminally complicit federal officials and, unlike ordinary Americans, he is above the law.
The US no longer has representative government. Members of Congress seek election not to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people, but to obtain power and to use that power to accrue professional and financial benefits for themselves and their major supporters. All the traditional means for the American people to seek the redress of grievances have now been blocked by a corrupt government composed of a self-absorbed permanent political elite unaccountable to the people.
The status quo is no longer defensible. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which will inevitably lead to national collapse and fragmentation.
All unconstitutional and unlawful policies of the Obama regime must be opposed, obstructed and undermined. The Democrat Party and their radical left-wing supporters must be aggressively and continuously confronted. The Republican Party must be defunded and its leadership replaced. The purveyors of disinformation and propaganda represented by most of the mainstream media must be professionally destroyed.
A county by county battle is the means by which the American people can restore the Constitution, establish responsible fiscal policies and take back control of the political process and the government. Patriots need to organize locally outside of the party apparatus to exert political pressure and prepare for armed defense, if necessary. No county officials, in particular the Sheriff, should be elected or maintained in office, who do not fully honor their oath to support and defend the Constitution.
Fundamental to this effort are the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment. Each county should establish elements of an organized and disciplined Constitutional Army with sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence and individual liberty from anyone who might attempt to abuse them.
It is indeed ironic that the Mexican border made maximally porous by the Obama regime may become the route of choice for weapon and ammunition resupply, a Fast and Furious in reverse, capable of making gun control about as successful as the national prohibition of alcohol (1920-33), another failed “noble experiment” undertaken to reduce crime and solve social problems.
Efforts should be directed towards decreasing the influence of the federal government in county affairs, cooperating with federal officials and agencies only when it benefits local citizens. Counties should maximize the consumption of federal resources and overburdening federal agencies administratively while at the same time reducing or delaying taxes paid to the federal government. County residents should forcefully shun, oppose or drive out of business, individuals or media outlets, which support the criminal Obama regime.

Just as the left wants to “nudge” Americans to the progressive side, we can “nudge”, as well.
I enjoyed hearing that a gun show locally had huge lines, today—lines no one had ever experienced before at a show.
Don’t think that congresscritters don’t fear this. Don’t think that politicians don’t fear this. Instead of us becoming mind-numbed robots to their propaganda, people are worrying and mistrusting the MSM-—and ARMING themselves, not only with means of self defense, but food, water and most importantly—intelligence. The “progressive’s” biggest mistake is in believing the conservative American people are as stupid as their followers.
No one in their right mind believes the media’s lies, or the pResident’s, for that matter. People are gearing up. (the smart people...the others, well...Bath-House can take care of them; but, don’t expect those a-holes to get off the couch and fight.)

I would suggest that we RESTORE representative government.

No, the populace will not remain the same.
For many, the portion of the populace that openly has supported this regime will be primary targets. It’s a matter of eliminating liabilities and preserving assets.
We do not want an armed rebellion, as many millions will die. This has to happen without violence if at all possible.
Not many. And the dead will lose their franchise to vote.

If the “disloyal movement” is a political party, which I think you are suggesting it is, there would be a period of Democrat dominance (even more than now) while the Republican party would split, which would no doubt accelerate the process of tyranny. This could be where that “another movement” becomes active for the purpose of preserving liberties locally. The Federal government’s (over)response would no doubt accelerate the reception of the disloyal party. In this scenario, a George Washington type figure would be essential.
All hypothetical of course, but fascinating.

Rebellion you say, but first they want to take your guns away. Those who are left to fight will be rounded up and taken to FEMA camps. Obamas dream is being slowly becoming a reality. Americans must unite, organize and prepare for the worst.
The only good thing about a rebellion is that we can crush the politicians and news media responsible for this whole mess. Never to have to deal with them again.

Witness the number of sherriffs who have made public pledges to refuse compliance with anti-Constituional laws to seize firearms.
Witness the number of states that have enacted legislation to protect their residents from ObamaCare.
We’re already seeing exactly what you’re describing, if on a nascent level.
I confess that I’m not boned up on The Constitution quite enough to be sure, but doesn’t it proscribe agreements made between the states, apart from Congress?
If so, the red states have to take care how they organize amongst themselves. Open agreements may be prohibited (at least if the red states expect to maintain the argument that they are acting to preserve the Constitution, not subvert it), but other types of cooperation are possible. I’m thinking of a “conference of conservative states” — a get-together by delegates from each state, not for the purpose of forming an explicit agreement between them, but rather to agree on a set of conservative principles and guidlines under which each state (for the time being) will plan a course of action on its own.
By such agreements in principle (as distinguished from agreements of signed papers), the red states can chart a “congruent course” towards the future, so to speak.
The goal is to have the red states as close to a “meeting of the minds and philosophies” as possible, so that when the federal collapse happens, the red states might be in a position to then coalesce and break off on their own.
I’ve used the following analogy before, but it’s worth repeating.
Think of the Titanic disaster. After strking the iceberg, the ship sank bow first, pulling the stern upward and into the air. This continued until the bow dropped so low (and the stern rose so high) that the superstructure could no longer bear the stress, and the ship literally tore itself apart below the water line (I recall Walter Lord in his book “A Night To Remember” writing of a “great noise” that everyone heard — it was only later when the wreckage was actually discovered by Robert Ballard that it was confirmed the ship in fact broke apart).
The bow sank rapidly towards the bottom. The stern settled back, then it, too, slipped under.
But — what if the watertight bulkhead in the stern had been high enough and strong enough so when the split occurred, the stern could float on its own?
This is how the red states must act. They must carefully act together to “build the bulkhead” that will give them buoyancy to survive as the federal government and the blue states that depend upon it founder and dive downward.
We must also realize that the result of such events is that after the collapse the United States will be no more, and that something else will replace it — perhaps two “nations”, perhaps more than two. It may be the only way.
It can be done.
We are seeing the beginnings of that today...
