"I believe it would make it harder for Colorado families to defend themselves and also interfere with the recreational use of guns by law-abiding Coloradans," Polis said. "If we want to reduce violence, we should invest in improving our schools to ensure that young people have jobs and do not turn to gangs, crime or violence of any form, and improving access to mental health services." Said here
“signs that said “Let Us Live.”
That should be said to criminals not law biding citizens. HELLLOOOOOOO
I went to a pro Constitution rally on gun appreciation day, and there were no mass produced astroturf signs there.
Of the 100 that were counted, 93 were members of the press.
I think this is why the Kenyan wanted everyone to lose their jobs and go on food stamps and disability. More free time to participate in his 100 Moron Marches.
Why did they need a podium for 100 people, any soapbox would have done.
100 people is not a rally, that is a small luncheon.
I can get 100 people at my house for hot dogs any day of the week.
Yes, but think of the possibilities.
Baraq, Bloomie, and Rhambo can deputize the Million Moms Against Guns and send them into the urban ghettos next summer to clean out all the illegal firearms.
It was really an incredible experience -I have never done this before.
I got there at 10 AM, knowing that I wasn’t needed until 13:30 at room 356.
I sat and watched the proceedings take place.
It was kinda funny at times. The room was packed -at least
100 people.
Bill 13-009 was to be heard by the committee last, yet the FIRST bill’s sponsor came to the microphone and said, “I am so pleased that so many people came to testify and witness my bill being presented to this committee.”
The VAST majority of people were there to testify FOR SB 13-009 -the bill to allow CCW at schools for school employees.
Four people from three, “Special Interest Groups,” testified against this bill
Thirty to fourty were testifying FOR this bill.
Some as young as ten-years-old.
I was there.
I’ll post a thread on my next days off -with pictures.
Please remember, Colorado:
Please do all that you can to vote out of office these
three:
Aguilar, Ulibarri and Guzman.
They voted to prevent the security of our kids in schools.

Gun grabbers are going to lose. :-)
Surprised they didn’t bus in a bunch of Union Workers to create a mob.
Aguilar, Ulibarri and Guzman.
They voted to prevent the security of our kids in schools.
Who all voted for it?
What was the outcome?
Thanks for the report.
Brilliant!
If only the Jews in World War II Europe had access to signs like that after they were disarmed.
Ha. I can draw a bigger crowd with a couple of boxes of donuts.
It didn’t get out of the Judiciary Senate Committee on a party line vote. 3 - 2 for the Dims.
I’ll take a strategic outcome on gun bills for being an overall “wash” if it prevents the Dims from enacting their gun grabbing bills.
You still made a big impact for the good. You are keeping the Dims from going further.
Here’s a question, who is the speaker speaking to? Shouldn’t she turn the podium around?
