Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is willing to agree to the creation of a Palestinian state in provisional borders, even before his conditions for a final-status agreement are met, former minister and veteran peace activist Yossi Beilin said.
I dont think that Netanyahu, who is far from being a warmonger hes a very cautious person [is ready to commit to] a permanent solution. Not because he doesnt want it all of us want it but because hes not ready to pay the price, Beilin said Monday night. But to speak about a provisional border with the Palestinians, this is something that I heard from him that we would be ready to do it.
Speaking in English at a debate in front of Jewish-American leaders visiting Jerusalem, Beilin said that both Israeli and Palestinian leaders are presently not ready to agree to terms for a permanent settlement. Yet both Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas would be willing to go ahead with an interim agreement, which would include a Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 lines with land swaps, so that major settlement blocs would remain in Israel, Beilin said. The delicate questions of Jerusalem and refugees would not be addressed immediately but held for final-status talks down the line, according to Beilin.

Say WHAT? Is Bibi considering including Yesh Atid in his coalition government? He needs to re-read Joel 3 and remember what the Lord has promised to those who divide His land".
Sounds like we’re about to see a 7 years peace deal that will only last for 3 1/2 years. That gives “you know who” six months to declare himself world leader for what he thinks will be for all eternity.
Rabin stood with Arafat, shook hands for 'piece' and he was assassinated.
God is not mocked and His word stands true. Those than divide His land will be destroyed, even if it is a leader of Israel. They will have to answer to the most High. I pray that Netanyahu will heed the warning.
> Yossi Beilin
That should be enough to list this as pure propaganda. Yossi Beilin is a disreputable hardcore leftist who has never been invited to share Bibi’s private thoughts or policies.
LOL x 1000!
Beilin is way worse than just a “discredited hardcore leftist”. His blood-soaked hands were all over the Oslo disaster. As far as I am concerned his unauthorized secret meetings with the PLO constituted high treason, as he violated Israel’s long-standing policy not to negotiate with the PLO. In doing so, he gave the PLO legitimacy it never deserved and which it exploited to establish a de-facto terror state in the heart of the Jewish homeland. This man will roast in hell for eternity.
From Wiki:
Beilin’s association with the peace process is the most notable element in his career. He initiated secret negotiations in 1992 which led to the Oslo accords in 1993. Together with Mahmoud Abbas, another architect of the Oslo accords, he signed in 1995 the Beilin-Abu Mazen agreement, a ‘non paper’ of guidelines for a permanent solution to the conflict. During 1992-1995 he headed the Israeli delegation to the Multilateral peace process working groups. In 2001 he participated in the Israeli-Palestinian Taba talks and, the initiative that he is currently most famed for, signed the Geneva Accords with Yasser Abd Rabbo.

All the more reason to keep the pressure on him from the right.
Yes, I hope that HaBayit HaYehudi will be in the coalition and will keep Netanyahu straight. But I worry about the consequences of including Shas and UTJ... even if he needs the seats!
Then he’s crazy.
F*** the goddamned arabs!
They’re a known quantity. Religious parties in the government has been done before. I just hope Yesh Atid stays out. Maariv headline was the clincher. Lapid will be in opposition, unless we renew talks with the Palis. Win/win. Good riddance.
