From the link.

New York’s draconian Gun Ban has now claimed it’s first VICTIM!

Nathan Haddad, a decorated combat veteran with multiples deployments to Afghanistan, who has spent spent 12 years serving his Country in the United States Army, is now under Arrest!

Reportedly, Haddad was stopped at a State Police Checkpoint and 5 AR-15 magazines were found in the trunk of his car. Haddad is now being charged with five counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon for violating New York State law!

Nathan Haddad’s brother, Michael, reported that the magazines were “pre-ban” which would have made them legal in New York, under New Yorks original “ban.” Two weeks ago, New York passed a second ban, which has not yet taken effect, which would make any magazine over 10 rounds illegal all together.

Many Freedom loving New Yorkers are refusing to register their guns and or comply with New York’s unconstitutional, draconian gun laws. Demonstrators arrived at the New York State Police’s Lake Placid barracks asking questions. Reportedly, gun owners said they will not register semi-auto rifles or modify their magazines, while others wanted to know what the State Police planned to do about it.

Turning law abiding gun owners and American Heroes into Criminals doesn’t keep this Country safe and only places fear and distrust in these very same people.

Hmm, NY bans law abiding citizens from arming themselves. It should be interesting to watch the mafia and drug dealers and other assorted criminals rip the state of NY to pieces. They dug their grave, now they get to lay in it.

First: why were the cops in his trunk?
Second: why did he allow the cops to search his car?
Third: if the gun ban hasn’t taken effect yet, why is he under arrest?

Something doesn’t smell right...

” New York’s draconian Gun Ban has now claimed it’s first VICTIM!”

Wrong. Haddad was arrested on Jan. 6, roughly 10 days before New York passed the new laws. Not that it matters much on its own, but calls into question the accuracy of any other facts cited by this blog.

What do the political idiots not understand about the words...bear ARMS and not be infringed? Any laws such as the ones stated are indeed infringements! How dare they so flagrantly break our supreme laws that many have died to establish! Get them in jail now!

Get out of liberal land.

This is a method to make prison populations more quota equal. A lot of non-criminal white boys, who won’t surrender their rights, will end up in prison for acting as free men.

Haddad was stopped at a State Police Checkpoint and 5 AR-15 magazines were found in the trunk of his car....Dumbass. Why did he allow them to search his trunk?

State Police Checkpoint? Did they have a Warrant or did Mr. Haddad give them permission to search his vehicle?

Nathan Haddad was arrested in Jefferson County, NY. Here’s something interesting:
