After what they did to those two Asian woman today, I am not so sure the Torrance PD is capable of rational thought right now.
I think that it was LAPD who was guarding the lapd home that shot the blue Toyota Tacoma. Torrance was responding to shots fired call and crashed into the black Honda Ridgeline, then missed the driver with at least 3 shots. The police were very lucky this morning as were the unfortunate drivers.

Actually that was LAPD operating in Torrance. Big Bear is expecting a snow storm tomorrow with maybe 6” of snow. The high will be around 30 and the low maybe 18. I bet he is off the mountain by now.
