I think the reason the leftists are celebrating that evil bastige, is simply because they are always wrong. On every issue they chose evil of good. In this case, the get to actively celebrate evil and they are no so emboldened that they feel no need to hide it.

DEFICIT = MORE SPENDING THAN INCOME
SPENDING = PAYING
What really gets me ticked off is that the revenue to FED GOV keeps going UP!! And yet we STILL can’t figure out how to spend equal or less than what comes in?
