Absolutely. It’s a bunch of EnviroMental NAZI garbage that keeps them from doing it. I’d say screw them and toss it.

And might also consider purely mechanical systems in the future. Not everything has to electric. My toilet works every day, hurricane, blizzard outages or not.

Actually, the Costa is ultimately owned by Carnival.

Bad, bad news for them lately.

I have to admit I don’t know why or HOW people go on these “cruises” frequently, like every year.

It’s a boatload of money. Although you can get many things for free, just avoid the things that are extra.

I finally went on a ship this year. My sister, RIP, wanted us to go on a sort of final cruise with her. So we went, including my toddler son who gets no discount. I always wanted to go on a ship, but I really couldn’t care less about beaches or 3rd-world countries. I got to go on the biggest ship, the Oasis, and it was nice. Actually some of the visits were rather nice, but again overall not a big deal. I was generally impresses with the ship and the idea of it satisfied me.

I liked it fine. But not something I need to spend 5k on again. At least I did It.

BTW, we got the pleasure of Cuban refugees in a raft. Fun stuff.

Perfect topic for the MSM - the sh***ier, the better for them - that’s why they are always available for Democrats.

To add insult to injury-

For some, once they get to Galveston to their cars, they still face long drives getting home.

“It’s going to be a very long day,” said Dwayne McAbee, who says he’ll drive from Galveston to his home in Fort Worth, Texas, a roughly six to seven hour drive.

One bus carrying passengers from Mobile to New Orleans broke down, CBS News reported.

(I just could not help but laugh when I read that about the bus breaking down. THAT would have sent me into an EPIC hissie fit!)
