In fact, they have been given just about every opportunity known to man to help them correct these problems. When I worked in Africa I often said that if those people spent as much time scheming on honest work as they do scamming and trying to figure out how to get out of work they could be a force to be reckoned with. Instead they wallow in an ever deepening and increasingly polluted cesspool of their own creation.
Sadly, a large proportion of Black families in the USA are a couple generations deep in victim-hood and government goodies. They are not going to give this up...ever!

Star Parker was the brave black woman to put voice to this notion in modern times, and I agree with her.
LIBERTY doesn’t mean being dependent on government, and for all the bloviating of their gasbag spokespersons, the Democrat party is fully vested in that aspect of society. People of EVERY race ought to reject such dependence.
We’ve got some of it in the Republican party, to be sure: but the bulk of slavery to government is found in the party symbolized by the Jackass.
