Sadly, a large proportion of Black families in the USA are a couple generations deep in victim-hood and government goodies. They are not going to give this up...ever!
A few have done so and even ten percent or so sticking an occasional foot over the border would help. Here's Allen West's interview with Tamon Pearson of HipHop Republican on ways to encourage young Blacks to leave the Democrat plantation.
Will there be a tidal wave? Of course not. Enough to make a difference in who gets elected next time? Maybe, and it won't hurt to try. Pearson's idea is to make conservative messages relevant to the Black audience without changing the substance of those messages.

A perfect case in point is jesse jackson, jr. who went through nearly one mil of other people’s money to which he felt entitled, accumulating flashy trinkets. Government was his personal high speed rail to goodies. And he’d be first in line to collect his share of “reparations,” should that ever materialize.
