Juan Williams: Liberal media Will ‘Shut U Down, Stab U Kill U, Fire you’ If U Disagree [VIDEO]
Daily Caller ^ | February | Grae Stafford

Posted on 02/24/2013 3:45:15 AM PST by lbryce

Fox News political analyst and “Special Report” panelist Juan Williams said in an interview with The Daily Caller’s Ginni Thomas that mainstream media outlets “stab” and “kill” dissenting voices.

Williams was fired from National Public Radio in 2010 after saying he sometimes gets “nervous” when seated on an airplane with Muslims, while making a broader point about the importance of religious tolerance.

“I always thought it was the Archie Bunkers of the world, the right wingers of world, who were more resistant and more closed-minded about hearing the other side,” he said. “In fact, what I have learned is, in a very painful way — and I can open this shirt and show you the scars and the knife wounds — is that it is big media institutions who are identifiably more liberal to left-leaning who will shut you down, stab you and kill you, fire you, if they perceive that you are not telling the story in the way that they want it told.”

Catch the rest of the Ginni Thomas’s interview with Juan Williams this week exclusively on The Daily Caller.

The facts lead to only one conclusion. Anything else is just an excuse people make because they cannot accept that their leaders would do that to them.

Well, they did. And they do.

The simplest way to look at this is as follows.

If you were reading this stuff in a sci-fi novel or whatever, and there were the ‘Orange buzzards’ and Purple snarfblats, doing this, not the people who actually govern your lives, what conclusion would you draw?

So why try to avoid the same answer in reality?

Exactly. And the dolts who watch the MSM will never have a clue.

He’s still as dumb as a box of rocks. But at least he has one fact down. Personal experience can be a good teacher.

Palin proved beyond argument that one person with name recognition can use the net/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube to totally and completely bypass the MSM. Reagan knew that taking his unfiltered message directly to the people was the way to make things happen. The ‘experts’ in the GOP know this as well. They would have to be totally incompetent to ‘not’ know it because as experts, it is their job to know it. The politicians themselves are not blind to the fact that Palin runs circles around the MSM spin with a Facebook page either. They see that every post she makes gets a full court press from the MSM to craft a narrative that what she said id anything but true.

Mark Levin has been pushing a similar theme this week: that the GOP-e wants socialism.

Until now, I had assumed that they were cowardly fools and useful idiots. My opinion is changing.

Down with the Rovebots.

We absolutely have to boycott liberal outlets.

It's a matter of survival for us, now. And time is running out.

Juan Williams is feinting to the right. Trying to show he is not an out and out Obama-Bot. I see this fool on Fox and need to mute him immediately or change channels. I am not going to torture myself listening to his idiot lib opinions and analysis

He is far too visible now on Fox...since Obama won Fox wants more black talking heads on. Thee are some palatable libs on Fox but he isn’t one.

A lot of us have been saying it for a while and have taken 8 ways of hell for it. Annoying as that is, I fully understand WHY people don’t want to believe it and only now, when the daily proof gets stronger and stronger, are they open to it.

Is it too late? Dunno. Will people STILL defend the GOP here on FR and trash people saying what we do? No question. But the facts don’t change.

I agree with Levin probably 95% of the time (Romney was a BIG NO) and though I rarely listen to his show (I read occasional transcripts), I think he’s dead right for saying so here.

I just hope people stop their reactionary defense, because the time to accept anything the GOP spouts at face value is long gone. They made choices and those choices destroyed trust.

Unhhh, nobody earns any commissions on a Facebook page posting. That's your answer right there.

“Juan is the “token” raving liberal on Fox”

Well....not the only one. There’s ready-for-burial Alan Colmes, “Bob the Beefy Boor” Beckel, Kirsten Powers (yeah maybe not so much), several liberal talk show chicks e.g. Eleanor Ratner, Marc Lamont (Stokely Rap Brown) Hill, all ready to denounce Obama critics as racists & demand that they turn in all their guns.

Fox will just have to do for now.

We’re will have to build an entire conservative alternative media from the ground up. Just like Breitbart did.

Real reporting on real news to establish credibility. Not opinions only - that stuff is a dime a dozen.

Juan got such a stab in the back from the liberals at PBS and it was Fox News that gave him a job and people like Bill O’Reilly supported him. However Juan keeps drinking the liberal kool-aid and supports the very people and their ilk who stabbed him in the back.

Yes and no. Yes in that we need forums to get our message out, but no in that rebuilding what exists (the msm) results in the MSM again. Just a matter of time.

The MSM model is headed toward extinction by it’s own hand. They did not adapt to a world with an internet in it. All their eggs are in one basket...the old model of ‘news’.

FR and many sites like the BIGS prove there is no need for that model and that in fact, it is a destructive model.

Look at the backlash Bernie Goldberg generated for outing the bias at CBS. The leftists are still grumbling about it and attacking him a decade later.

Side note on the opinion thing. At our paper, I worked with an old Ed that thought the AP was the Vatican. They could do no wrong and opinion was NEVER allowed in an AP story. We argued endlessly about it and he denied ever example I would show him on the feed.

The day we got the memo that henceforth, the AP was totally fine with combining opinion with hard news, it was like someone told him he was adopted and his adoptive parents killed his puppy with a sledgehammer.

He never got over it.
