"Damn, I don't see no black people lol," 50 Cent tweeted Sunday after arriving at Daytona International Speedway. That was about the last message NASCAR was hoping to have hammered home to 50 Cent's nearly eight million followers.

What genius at NASCAR made the decision to hire this animal?

A genius who wants to expand NASCAR's fan base. Maybe the tweet didn't help, but NASCAR is trying, as any business which wants to grow should.

As for 50 Cent, he's a multi-millionaire with his own clothing line, his own branded vitamin water, and of course his own music label with multiple recording artists signed to it. He's a self-made man and an American success story who overcame a background of poverty and crime to become a highly successful musician and businessman - and that career was built without a penny from taxpayers. Real conservatives applaud men who use talent and opportunity to create wealth for themselves and create jobs for others.

“There would be more black fans at NASCAR events if there were more black drivers. Anyone know why there aren’t any?

Uhh because when they crash they jump out of the car and start running? Definite safety hazard.

Probably part of the deal when they got the millions from the government last year.

Show some diversity in your sport and we will give you some tax payer money....or else.

Hey now that gives me an idea....kind of like the Biathlon in the Winter Olympics, where they ski then shoot.....Have them drive then when they take a pit stop, they have to shoot at targets and knock them out before they can get back onto the track....I think it would work.

Just as easily could have said "I Don't See Any Obama Voters!"

From my experieces at Texas Motor Speedway, The Blacks that do come out are great race fans and are treated with respect, everyone has a great time.

In the words of Sam Goldwyn, if the public isn’t coming, you can’t stop them.

WHY is there no outcry at the obvious DISCRIMINATION of basketball —PRO—??? we don’t have enough white players.

I demand an immediate re-apportioning quota of at last 60% white players!

ITS NOT FAIR!

“Thanks for assuring me that everything I thought about rap and those who like it is correct.”

Music is all about context. You gotta put yourself into the mind of a 14 yo black male to “get” this.

Incidentally, that’s far from Fiddy’s worst song. Candy Shop is so bad it literally reinvents the meaning of the word “bad”.

Well, Mr. Fitty can rest assured that no one is at the gates barring entrance to black people.

Maybe they’re just not interested enough to attend. If this disturbs Mr. Fitty sufficiently, I’m sure Brian France will be amenable to making a big, splashy outreach effort, just as he did for black techs, crew and drivers.

So, go talk to him instead of making not so vague inferences of racism.

Probably the same guy that got NASCAR to pay Jesse "Shakedown" Jackson a few years ago to recruit black drivers.

Even if they can learn to Dribble and Drive you still have to have a license buy insurance and show your title to drive. That rules a lot of them out.

“Damn, I don’t see no black people lol,” 50 Cent tweeted Sunday after arriving at Daytona International Speedway.

Moments later he realized how much money he could save by giving his armed entourage the day off. Since he didn’t see any gang bangers in the stands with stolen guns. He could have easily been shot to death at one of his own shows.
