Please pay attention very closely to this informative evidence easily explained in the video. It is clear proof that the document that Savannah Guthrie held and took a picture of on April 27, 2011 was a creation.
I'm not sure I would build it in InDesign but if I did I would save it as a PDF (or export it as the case may be) then open it in photo shop, flatten it and save it again as a PDF. From there I might open it in Acrobat, do what I could there.
Then I might even take a printed version and scan it as an uneditable PDF.
Given the importance of the document and the nubmer of people that would scutinize it it seems really sloppy. Someone was expert that put it together, just not expert at covering their tracks....
....or they purposely did not cover their tracks as in they wanted people to know.
I think the problem was that they were trying to get Donald Trump to back off, so they rushed to get something out to the public, knowing the LMSM wouldn’t ask questions.

BO’s forgery is sloppy, so sloppy it brings to mind the tale of “Mr. 880” (Emerich Juettner a.k.a. Edward Mueller) a counterfeiter who successfully evaded capture by the U.S. Secret Service for 10 years. He stuck to passing fake $1 bills created on a printing press. He didn’t pass bills in the same place twice. He even had bills with misspellings on them (”Wahsington”) and people didn’t notice.

Boy, you are way off base with that allegation. The penciled marks are code numbers written by clerks in the Hawaiian birth records office for category confirmation and data entry. They appear on many other birth certificates that have surfaced from the same era as BHO's "alleged" certificate. Sorry, nice try.
You can check this for yourself by opening Obama's LFBC document in Adobe PDF Reader and using the "selection cursor" to create horizontal and vertical reference lines. You will see that the "typed" entries are misaligned.....which, basically, is an impossibility if using an (alignment-fixed) typewriter. My conclusion is that many of the category entries were actually computer "cut & pasted", and then manually slid into what they thought looked OK. A woeful attempt, if I ever saw one.
No two ways about it.....it's a fabrication.

The clipping mask has always been the smoking gun (and casing and bullet with groves that match the barrel).
The mere existence of a clipping mask blows away any concept of a ‘scanned’ real document.

You could refer to a legit bc and add the damn numbers yourself. All I’m saying is that the 2’s look like 0bama 2’s. Any good analysis makes note of such similarities. Note the smiley face drawn into Alvin T. Onaka’s signature. Is THAT legit? Probably not. Note the word “TXE” instead of “THE” in the registrar stamp at the bottom. NOT LEGIT. Bottom line is.. It’s either the birth record stolen from Virginia Sunahara and used for 0bama, or it’s a manufactured forgery with the ‘numbers’ as finishing touches to fool EVEN YOU to come to the defense of Hawaii CLERKS!
There is a good video on YouTube regarding OCR but there are far more compelling ‘uh oh’s’ involved here, such as there being both grayscale AND color elements involved in the ‘scanned’ birth certificate which is impossible to achieve both in the same element of art.

Definitely can see the halos. I’ve had no doubt it was fake even aside from the technical evidence.
Retaining editing capability in PDF would be an option you can avoid. There are many times you do not want a recipient to be able to take apart your document.
