Under W Bush, his last Sgt.Maj.of the Army, wore an EIB. I will never forget that.

Seems our military is now run by pu**ies.

Spot-on..Wait until the girl’s start wearing 4-stars..what a freak show awaits us. When I went to pilot training in 1974, we had strippers in the club on Friday night. Our new CSAF recently ordered a sweep (Night of the Long Knive’s), of all commands to remove any sexually suggestive material..to cleanse the body and soul in preparation for the assention of the girl’s to the top of the pyramid. All the badass’s are long gone..and they took their nose art with them.

Ray Odierno. Knew him at Ft Hood when he was CG of 4th ID. No nonsense guy and hard trainer. Led the 4th ID thru some tough fighting in Tikrit and later tasked with executing the surge in Iraq. Now the CSA. Sometime between then and now, he drank the Obama koolaid in mass quantities. He’s one of the early and main proponents for bringing women into the combat arms ranks.

Hopefully, there will be a chance to remember who these worms are. Hopefully, it will work out for them just like it did for Nazi sympathizers.

I’ve been reading “The Admirals” about Leahy, King, Nimitz and Halsey. Four more different people could not be found. Of the three, King seems to have been the most prototypical of the type that makes it to the top these days. Why is it that those who make it to the top are most often disrespected? Is it simply jealousy or is it something they do?

Of the four Admirals Nimitz seems to be most admirable and then Halsey. Both seemed to be lacking in guile and having leadership abilities. Leahy was just smooth and loyal but not an outstanding leader.

It seems to me to rise to the top you have to be willing to leave a part of you behind. You also seem to need to take one for the boss, not for the team. To declare and demonstrate fealty to the boss.

I have said for years that the attitude of the staff is a reflection of the attitude of the management. Like promotes like or what he can control.

I think this is how it happens, how a general rationalizes caving in:

“The guy who will replace me is REALLY bad, and will be totally gung-ho for homos and girls in combat. At least I can slow it down. So I’ll stay in until I get my 30 and retire without a fuss.”

Hackworth knew what to call them: Perfumed Princes. I’d add Political Prostitutes.

I don't ever recall seeing any pics of the US Army wearing lederhosen as they set about the de-Nazification of Germany.

This cultural sensitivity stuff has pushed us over the cliff.

GOs attending too many academia symposiums and D.C. Cocktail parties. That’s where most of this crap gets its steam. That, and we have an army of secular humanist executive level civil servants infecting the DoD, calling the shots and feeding these guys their pablum.

What good is having a defense budget if those who are paid to defend us look the other way as a domestic enemy destroys the fabric of this nation? If they are leaving it up to we the people to do the job they are paid to do we don’t need them do we?

Amen brother. They are simply butt kissers for that next promotion. I am so glad that I am 21 years plus retired and no longer of the Long Pink Line that has taken over.

That’s a fracking fact! I don’t remember Patton singing the Horst Wessel song either.

Disgusting, isn’t it? The Ottoman Empire also covered a lot of the map, but it was utterly rotten inside at the end. It’s collapse was swift and total. History rhymes.
