Immigration and Customs Enforcement release hundreds of illegal aliens

PHOENIX -- After being detained for two and a half years by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Eloy, Arizona, 39-year-old Maria Hernadez said she thought it was some sort of joke when suddenly last Saturday she was told she could go home.
“Oh my lord. I could not believe it, I was very very happy,” said Hernandez. “But when they said home I was afraid they would send me back to my country.”
Instead Maria was allowed to go home to her husband, a legal resident, and her daughter, a U.S. citizen.
Maria has been locked up in Eloy for two years and three months, appealing her order of deportation.
Initially, she was arrested and convicted of two felonies back in 2010.
“I took something that wasn’t mine,” said Hernandez referring to the shop lifting charge. “I had with me the fake documents that I was using for work.”

So we are releasing convicted felons who can't legally work or live in the United States and turning them loose to prey on American Citizens?
She says she doesn't want to go back to her country, well, I don't want her in MY Country.
Wonder if she’ll turn herself in when asked or hide.
Apparently, she was okay with breaking the law before.
Next time I commit two felonies I’ll claim an exception also.

She is a criminal. A felon to boot. Whether she is legally married to a citizen is irrelevant. He husband had the opportunity to do the marriage (if there is one) legally.
I hold no sypmathy for her, her husband, or her children.
I’d send her back to Mexico if I could. Let her hubby and children go with her (if they really love her that much).

Expect more bridge burning by obama and co. in the near future over sequestration. He and his socialist ilk are livid that they didn’t get their way, and like little children, will resort to petty spite and revenge. Socialists don’t like being rebuked by the subjects, so expect retaliation by the feds in the near future.

Why had she not been deported already?
How much does her husband pay in taxes?
How much do the citizens of Arizona pay, if any, for her family’s health, welfare and schooling?
