IIRC a top IRS official testified before Congress last week that there weren’t even close to being the number of trained IRS help-line employees needed to explain the (incomprehensible) IRS healthcare enforcement forms that will be required to file the 2013-2014 tax returns and 15,000 won’t begin to be enough to collect taxes after millions of Americans will be non-compliant.
Well the obvious answer is to create more Baraqqi/Bernanke/Lew minibucks and hire more help!

The question is how people are going to survive with no health care but having to pay huge sums for the privilege of not having healthcare.
obama's approval will never rise with those who know him for what he is. And by the same token, obama's approval will never fall amoung those who worship him. They will never change because they do not have the intelligence to make decisions on their own accord. So, My FRiend, my advice would be, do not fall for that bullshit that for reasons unknown to me they are peddling. And above all, never expect an obama worshiper to change. The draft of the form that all applicants healthcare under Obamacare must fill out was revealed this week to be 15 pages long...of detailed financial, employment and medical history! And that is just to find out:
1. whether you qualify and
2. which plan on the “exchange” you qualify for
However it is highly likely that most Americans won’t be able to afford the plans offered!
How livid with Americans be after being put through this?
And then when they refuse to participate an army of IRS agents and SWAT teams will be sent to harass them and collect the money needed to expand Medicaid and fund ER care for the illegals.

As the article explains, two months ago Barry had approval of 54% of the independents, and now he has 44% approve and 50% disapprove.
Barry is losing a huge percentage of the independents that voted for him.
Barry promised all of his voters more free stuff. Where is it? They don’t see it. They will get even more angry when Obamacare proves to be a screw-job.
