I’m not sure I trust this listing. Arkansas is listed as worse than Missouri, yet Arkansans do NOT have to get a sheriff’s permission to buy a handgun as you do in MO.
Missouri did away with the Sheriff's Permit to purchase a hand gun about 10 years ago.
